Why should I have my cards graded?
Grading significantly increases the resale value of your cards while providing certified protection against counterfeits. A PSA-certified card is the global gold standard for collectors. Depending on rarity and demand, a PSA 10 (Gem Mint) grade can increase your card's value by 10 to 100 times.

How should I send and pack my cards to Wolf of Grading Cards?
Please pack your cards in Card Savers, as this is the only way they are accepted by PSA. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €1 per missing Card Saver. If you have selected different services in your order, please pack your cards sorted and clearly note the requested service on each card.
How should I send and pack my cards to Wolf of Grading Cards?
Please pack your card in a Card Saver, or a Magnetic Holder for thicker cards, as this is the only way they will be accepted by PSA. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €1 per missing Card Saver / Magnetic Holder. Use a sturdy cardboard box for shipping and provide sufficient padding so that the cards cannot move during transit. In addition, please enclose the order confirmation or your order number with your shipment and choose adequate shipping insurance. As soon as your cards have arrived, we will inspect the shipment, confirm receipt by email, document each card, and handle the entire remaining process up to the PSA grading. If you have selected different services for your order, please pack your cards sorted accordingly. Clearly mark the requested service for each card with a sticky note on the Card Saver or Magnetic Holder so that we can correctly assign your submission.

No, the final grade is determined exclusively by PSA. Although we cannot provide guarantees, we offer our professional preparation service to ensure your cards are optimally prepared for the grading process.
Can I select different PSA Grading Services within one order?
You can certainly select different PSA Grading Services within a single order. Example: You choose the Value Bulk Grading Service (95 business days processing time at PSA) for some of your cards and the Express Grading Service (15 business days processing time at PSA) for the other part of your cards. We pick up the cards from PSA at different times and will therefore ship them back to you at different intervals in multiple packages.
Can I select different PSA Grading Services within one order?
Within a single order, you can select different PSA Grading Services. Example: You choose the Regular Grading Service for part of your cards (40-50 business days estimated processing time at PSA) and the Super Express Service for the other part of your cards (7-10 business days estimated processing time at PSA). Accordingly, we receive the cards back from PSA at different times and will therefore ship them back to you staggered in multiple packages. Therefore, we charge a flat service fee of €24.99 per placed order, which includes the standard return shipping (insured up to €500).

How should I send and pack my cards to Wolf of Grading Cards?
Please pack your cards in Card Savers, as this is the only way they are accepted by PSA. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €1 per missing Card Saver. If you have selected different services in your order, please pack your cards sorted and clearly note the requested service on each card.
How should I send and pack my cards to Wolf of Grading Cards?
Please pack your card in a Card Saver, or a Magnetic Holder for thicker cards, as this is the only way they will be accepted by PSA. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €1 per missing Card Saver / Magnetic Holder. Use a sturdy cardboard box for shipping and provide sufficient padding so that the cards cannot move during transit. In addition, please enclose the order confirmation or your order number with your shipment and choose adequate shipping insurance. As soon as your cards have arrived, we will inspect the shipment, confirm receipt by email, document each card, and handle the entire remaining process up to the PSA grading. If you have selected different services for your order, please pack your cards sorted accordingly. You can certainly select different PSA Grading Services within a single order. Example: You choose the Value Bulk Grading Service (95 business days processing time at PSA) for some of your cards and the Express Grading Service (15 business days processing time at PSA) for the other part of your cards. We pick up the cards from PSA at different times and will therefore ship them back to you at different intervals in multiple packages.
Can I select different PSA Grading Services within one order?
Within a single order, you can select different PSA Grading Services. Example: You choose the Regular Grading Service for part of your cards (40-50 business days estimated processing time at PSA) and the Super Express Service for the other part of your cards (7-10 business days estimated processing time at PSA). Accordingly, we receive the cards back from PSA at different times and will therefore ship them back to you staggered in multiple packages. What is the PSA 10 Achievement Fee?
The PSA 10 Achievement Fee is only charged if a PSA 10 grade is achieved with the preparation service. The customer will be billed for the fee prior to processing the return shipping. Are my cards safe with you?
We treat every card as if it were our own. Your collection is protected in the best possible way through secure storage, professional handling with specialized gloves, and seamless documentation of every single card. By default, the return shipping of your cards is insured up to a value of €500.
Can I predict my card's grade?
No, the final grade is determined exclusively by PSA. Although we cannot provide guarantees, we offer our professional preparation service to ensure your cards are optimally prepared for the grading process.
Can I select different PSA Grading Services within one order?
Within a single order, you can select different PSA Grading Services. Example: You choose the Regular Grading Service for part of your cards (40-50 business days estimated processing time at PSA) and the Super Express Service for the other part of your cards (7-10 business days estimated processing time at PSA). Accordingly, we receive the cards back from PSA at different times and will therefore ship them back to you staggered in multiple packages. Therefore, we charge a flat service fee of €24.99 per placed order, which includes the standard return shipping (insured up to €500).
